Shipping from several warehouses
We ship from our fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order - according to the table above.
🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - Import charges
Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may be incurred (e.g. Swiss VAT and any processing fees charged by the delivery service). These are levied directly on delivery and relate to the value of the goods including shipping costs.
Dispatch & processing time
Orders received from Monday to Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Exceptions are pre-orders and unpaid orders. Orders placed after 12:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
Returns
You can cancel orders within 30 days of delivery. Start the return process conveniently via your customer account: To the returns portal
Returns from Switzerland
You can apply for a refund of import duties from the Swiss authorities if necessary. More information: Click here.
Sustainability & conscious shopping
We do not cover the return costs across the board. This reduces unnecessary returns, conserves resources and avoids CO₂ emissions. If you are unsure about sizes or products, please contact us - we will be happy to advise you so that everything fits right away.
