The waterproof HydroTex textured rubber ensures maximum slip resistance - even in rain, snow or with wet hands, the Leash remains grippy, does not stick and does not clog up with dirt. It does not absorb water and dries quickly - ideal for all outdoor adventures.

An integrated Short Leash in the lower section allows you to guide your dog quickly and safely very close if necessary - e.g. when crossing roads or in confusing situations. The Leash also has a soft padded handle with a neoprene lining to reliably protect your hand when pulling hard.

Deep cleaning: If the leash is heavily soiled or has come into contact with salt water, we recommend rinsing it under running water. If necessary, use a mild soap solution to remove stubborn dirt. Please avoid using aggressive cleaning agents or scrubbing brushes as these can damage the material.

Drying: After cleaning, the line should be completely air dried. Avoid direct heat sources such as radiators or direct sunlight, as these can damage or fade the material.

⏱ Shipping process

Orders received Monday-Friday by 12:00 noon are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be processed the following working day.

Pre-orders and unpaid orders are excluded from this time frame.

🧭 Shipping from multiple warehouses

We ship from fulfilment centres in Germany and Poland. If your order is split into several parcels for logistical reasons or comes from both warehouses, we only charge the shipping costs once per order.

🇨🇭 Shipping to Switzerland - please note the import fees

We are a Swiss company, but our warehouses are located in the EU. Shipping to Switzerland is an import. In addition to the purchase price, import duties may apply, e.g:

• Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1 %)
• Processing fees of the delivery service / Swiss customs (variable)
  

Unfortunately, we cannot cover these fees in advance; they will be charged by the shipping service provider upon delivery. Please take these additional costs into account when placing your order.
